Important: VitalLog is a personal health tracking tool, not a medical device. Do not use VitalLog readings as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By downloading or using VitalLog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.

VitalLog is a mobile application that allows users to record, track, and share personal health device readings including blood pressure, SpO₂, blood glucose, and weight. The app provides trend analysis and AI-assisted health insights.

The VitalLog application, its design, and underlying code are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the application on your personal device. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the application or its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitalLog and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to medical decisions made based on app data.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to VitalLog at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VitalLog after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
